    NARRATIVE REPORT:

    DAY 1
    During the first day of the examination, January 19, 2021, it started at exactly 9:20 in
    the morning for student 1 and ended at 5:50 pm for the last student. The teacher explained and
    oriented the students about the tests. The subjects that were taken in the first day was ESP and
    Mathematics and they were allotted to take the exams for each subject for 30 mins. Since we
    are now in General Community Quarantine, the students took the tests in their respective

    houses.

    DAY 2
    On the second day of the examination, January 20, 2021, it started at 9:00 am with the
    first student and ended at 4:40 pm. The subjects that were taken that day is Science and
    Filipino. And same activities happened just like the first day.

    DAY 3
    On the third day of the tests, January 21, 2021, it started again at 9:00 in the morning
    starting with student 1 and ended up at 4:40 pm for the last student. The test examiner
    followed the same routine or schedule of exams and administered English and Araling
    Panlipunan Exams for that day.

    DAY 4
    On the last day of the examination, January 22, 2021, it started at 9:00 am for the first
    student and ended up at 1:00 pm in the last student. The test administered was Mapeh. The test
    examiner checked if the forms were carefully filled out from Day 1 to 4. Before submitting the
    forms in the office, the test examiner made sure that all the forms were organized, and all the
    tests of the students were complete.
