7.2 Safety Plan

• All personnel shall be complied wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all
times.
• Standby vehicle at the worksite.
• Provide First aid kit.
• All personnel shall be complied with safety rules and regulation as specified for this

8.0 QA/QC QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL


8.1 Quality Requirement Table
Quality Assurance System will be operated in accordance with PMS Project Quality Plan
unless accepted otherwise by the Engineer, PMS shall use installers that employ a Quality
Management System as prescribed in ISO 9001-2015, or similar system.
8.2 QA/QC Procedures shall be implemented on-site
• To ensure installation is carried out to required Project Specifications and approved
drawings as well as in accordance with the approved ITP's and PQP.
• To ensure that the surveyor has completed setting out with reference points complying
with the approved for construction drawings.
• Ensure that all parties who are required to make any kind of test or inspection are suitably
informed as to the overall programmed of works and daily inspection testing requirements.
• To ensure issuance of materials to the site with reference to internal material request.
• Sign and obtain signatures on various forms and verifying documents as required.
• Accompany t h e PROJECT MANAGER / Supervision Consultant representative if
required, to carry out inspections.
• Keeping a daily log of all the Request for Inspection submitted for inspection.
• Carry out statistical analysis of the Inspection results to improve quality control
operations on site, to verify checking compliance.
• All material received on-site shall be inspected and approved in accordance with PMS
Material Inspection Request Form.
• All Installation / Survey / Testing works shall be carried out in compliance with Safety
