    1. Problem
    -. Hydraulic oil is leaked from air bleeder located on hydraulic cylinder when detent function of remote
    valve is operated for back-hoe or hydraulic motor.

    2. Cause
    -. Hydraulic oil return line and air bleeder is very close, so that return oil from implement keeps
    spouting out to the air bleeder and it causes oil leakage from bleeder with air.

    3. Improvement
    -. Return line of remote valve is moved from hydraulic cylinder case to joystick valve.

    6. Instruction
    a) For USA model(option kit)

    1. Remove the tire(A) and seat(B) 2. Disassemble the joint(A) 4. Fit new hydraulic oil tube T and fix it by hose band.
    3. Assemble new elbow(B) and re-assemble the joint(A) Note: Elbow should be installed perpendicularly to
    the remote valve as shown in the figure above.

    5. Remove the joint bolt(A) at the joystick 6. After assemble new joint bolt T(A) in service kit,
    valve T line. Connect new hydraulic oil hose T(B) and fix it by hose band.

    1. Remove the tire(A) and seat(B) 3. Remove the lowering speed adjust rod(A) 5. Remove the hydraulic oil tubes and bolt(A)
    2. Remove the lever and lever guide, and seat support bracket(B). on valve and then remove the connector(B)
    4. Remove the hydraulic oil tube T(C) and and joint(C).
    Connector(D). After that install new plug(E) in
    service kit.
    1 10. Re-assemble the other parts and check
    the air bleeder whether there is a leakage or
    not when you operate the detent function for
    5~7min.

    6. Connect new elbow(D) and Joint(C) to the A
    valve as shown in the figure 1 .
    7. Connect the hydraulic oil tube T to new 8. Remove the joint bolt(C) at the joystick
    elbow(D) and fix it with hose band. valve T line.
    Note: Elbow should be installed perpendicularly 9. Assemble new joint bolt T(A) in service kit,
    to the remote valve as show in the figure above.2 connect new hydraulic oil hose T(B) and fix it
    with hose band.
