4. FIRST AID MEASURES
EYE CONTACT
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes.
Get medical attention
SKIN CONTACT
Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Get medical attention.
INHALATION
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing difficult, give oxygen.
Call a physician
INGESTION
Rinse mouth with plenty of water. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water to dilute. Call a physician immediately.
5. FIRE - FIGHTING MEASURES
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA : Dry Chemical, alcohol-resistant form, CO2
FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURE : Handle as a non-flammable liquid.

Water may be used to cool and protect exposed containers.
Fire-fighters should use protective clothing, eyes protection, and
self-contained breathing apparatus.
FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT : Respiratory and eye protection required for fire –fighting personnel
Full protective equipment and self-contained breathing apparatus
(SCBA) should be. Used for all indoor fires and any significant outdoor fires.

6 .ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

CLEAN-UP-METHODS:
Collect leaking and spilled liquid in appropriate containers as much as possible. Use non-sparking tools
and equipment. Absorb remaining liquid with inlet material ( eg. dry sand, earth), and place in a chemical waste
container. Do not flush to seawater.

HANDLING
Do not open drums in unventilated areas. Avoid breathing concentrated vapors. Since empty containers retain product
residue ( vapors and/ or liquid) follow all MSDS precautions even with empty containers. Wash hands with soap and water
after handling. Remove contaminated clothings or shoes. Wash clothing before using again. Do not take internally.
STORAGE
Keep containers tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Do not allow this product to freeze.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
VENTILATION
None required where adequate ventilation condition exists. Use general exhaust ventilation if there is sufficient to meet
general worker safety and comfort. A NIOSH approved (or equivalent) particulate/vapour respirator is advised in areas with
poor ventilation, or if the product is sprayed.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTS
For respiratory organs : Wear suitable breathing apparatus

For eyes : Wear chemical safety goggles.
For skin : Wear protective gloves which do not absorb chemical. Discard gloves with tears, pinholes
or wear. Long sleeved shirts and trousers are recommended when handling chemicals.
Wash hands with soap and water after handling.
