    Job Responsibilities:
     Understanding scope of work from contracts.
     To Prepare & Review Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan, RITS, MS, SOP, NCR, CAR and other quality documents.
     Ensure that all inspection & test are carried out as per approved ITP, Method Statements and Procedures.
     Fabrication, Inspection and Installation of Steel Structure and ASME Pressure Vessel & Process Piping.
     Pre-Maintain material issuance requisition and material inspection reports.
     Identification and Inspection of Piping material with their Specifications and Codes.
     Installation of All types of Valves used in Piping System.
     Formation of As Built Drawings and Isometric drawings.
     Monitor applicable WPS are fallowed by shop activities as per weld book.
     Sand Blasting and Painting Operations under controlled conditions of Tanks and piping.
     Visual inspection of welding,monitor Liquid penetrate Test, Ultrasonic Test and Magnetic Particle Test.
     Managing all RITS and conducting inspections on daily basis also prepare reports.
     Perform FDI of equipment. (gates, piping, pressure vessels)
     Managing and developing all testing and commissioning protocols.
     Submitting complete mechanical dossiers and also closing punch list.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS
    Technical Skills:
     Knowledge about API Standards, ASME Standards & AWS Standards.
     Quality Control.
     NDT ( PT, UT, VT, And MT )
     WPS (Welding Procedure Specification)
