    1. BREEDER cannot guarantee adult size, color, hair coat, temperament or trainability
    of puppy.

    2. BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury, or neglect to said puppy after
    delivery.

    3. BREEDER warrants that this puppy has been wormed and vaccinated in accordance
    to its age, and both parties agree that it appears apparently healthy at this time.

    4. BUYER realizes that the purchase of a live animal carries with it the risk of the puppy
    contracting various vermin, bacteria, or viruses that are not in the control of either
    seller or buyer. Beyond the 72 hour health guarantee, the seller offers NO
    GUARANTEE ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE. No guarantees are given against
    Coccidian, which can be brought on by the stress of being shipped or placed in a
    new environment.
    5. Deposits are non-refundable. If for at any point for any reason Buyer chooses to no
    longer purchase puppy that they have placed a deposit on, the deposit is non
    refundable. It can however be used as a credit for a future puppy here at
    SweetDachs. If Breeder for any reason decides that they no long want to sell said
    Buyer a puppy, deposit will be returned to Buyer at Breeder’s discretion.

    6. BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of


    delivery. IF, after examination by a veterinarian acceptable to both parties, the puppy
    is determined to be IN POOR HEALTH, puppy MAY BE RETURNED to seller WITH
    A WRITTEN REPORT FROM THE VETERINARIAN. The seller will replace the
    puppy with another puppy as soon as one is available of the same sex and value.
    NO CASH REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS ONLY. At no time will the Breeder be
    responsible for any vet fees incurred.

    7. IF, after examination by a veterinarian acceptable to both parties, the puppy is


    determined to have a disease, puppy may be returned to the seller, (AT THE
    BUYERS EXPENSE) along with all paperwork and exchange for another puppy of
    the same value. Or keep the dog and all expenses that are incurred with it. ALL
    SALES ARE FINAL

    8. Puppies are not to be in public places until a veterinarian of Buyer’s choice has
    completed all vaccinations. Breeder is not responsible for anything that happens to
    this animal after it leaves SweetDachs except for the first 72 hours pertaining to
    health only. Puppies are not protected against disease that it may be exposed to by
    Buyer. Care should be taken as puppy has not built a proper immune system and is
    prone to viruses, such cause of death is not the responsibility of the Breeder.

    9. The Buyer also agrees if at any time of said animal’s life Buyer cannot keep said
    animal, it is to be returned to the Breeder. Buyer may NEVER give away, resell, or
    place on a co-ownership a SweetDachs dog without permission from breeder after
    breeders first right of refusal. If this is not done, Breeder will take legal action against
    Buyer to regain the animal with no compensation to Buyer.

    choice. I have read this agreement and understand that it is a legally binding
    agreement.
