2. YOU COMMUNICATE WITH THEM THROUGH YOUR GROUP CHATS DISCUSSING THINGS RELATED
TO YOUR LESSONS AND EVEN THOSE THAT ARE NOT RELATED BUT ARE CONNECTED TO THEIR WELL-
BEING.

3. YOU TALK TO THEM IN A NICE VOICE.

4. YOU MENTION THEM WHENEVER YOU MEET THEIR PARENTS.

5.YOU LET THEM FEEL THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU.

ADMINISTRATORS AND STAFF AS STEWARDS OF THE INSTITUTION ENSURE AN ENABLING AND


MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT FOR EFFECTIVE LEARNING TO HAPPEN.

1.PAY ATTENTION TO THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE SCHOOL.


2. MAINTAIN SOUNDNESS AND CONDUCIVENESS OF THE BUILDINGS AND CLASSROOMS.
3.ENSURE THAT MATERIALS USED FOR LEARNING ARE APPROPRIATE AND ARE PROPERLY
DELIVERED.
4. PRIORITIZE THE NEEDS OF THE LEARNERS, AFTERALL THEY ARE THE PRIMARY REASONS WHY
THE MOOE IS DOWNLOADED MONTHLY.(

2. DEAL WITH TEACHERS IN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER THAT I CAN.YOU TOO SHOULD DO
THE SAME TO YOUR FELLOW TEACHERS. BULLYING MUST NOT HAVE A PLACE IN MY
ADMINISTRATION.IN THIS CASE, I ORDER THAT EACH OF YOU SHOULD CONTROL YOUR MOUTH,
AND YOUR TEMPER. THAT’S PRIMARILY THE MARK OF BEING EDUCATED, FOR MANY WENT TO
UNIVERSITUIES AND COLLEGES AND FINISH COURSES, BUT ONLY FEW BECAME EDUCATED.

4. GIVE PERSONNEL’S OFFICES THE INTEGRITY AND RESPECT THAT THEY DESERVE TO EXUDE.
THE PERSONNEL MUST ALSO EXERT EFFORT TO BE ABLE TO MAKE HIS ENVIRONMENT PLEASING
TO THE EYES OF THE STAKEHOLDERS.

5.IN NO TIME THAT I WOULD ALLOW DRINKING LIQOUR INSIDE THE CAMPUS DURING OFFICE
HOURS.TEACHERS MUST HAVE THE HIGHEST INTEGRITY. WE MUST SERVE AS MODELS OF GOOD
BEHAVIOR. WE MUST BE GOOD FOLLOWERS OF RULES AND LAWS.

6. LET US ALWAYS LOOK UP TO THE STANDARD OF RPMS- RESULTS-BASED PERFORMANCE


MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, THAT IS THE BIBLE OF THE TEACHERS.
7. LET US BE SOURCE OF POSITIVITY AND LET US DECIDE BASED ON THE COMFORT OF THE
LEARNERS.NEGATIVITY MUST NOT FIND A PLACE IN ANYBODY’S WELL BEING.
