    Building, 5 RIYADH ST - DUBAI UNITED ARAB EMIRATES says as follows:
    1. That RENEE M RUSSO of USA is the bonafide beneficiary to the deceased
    (LATE MR JACK RUSSO) who is the righ ul owner of the whole assets worth
    of US$100,000,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS .

    2. That MR. JAN MALLONY SATHER of UNITED STATE OF AMERICA has now become
    the bonafide NEXT-OF-KIN/BENEFICIARY TO RENEE M RUSSO

    3. That by virtue of MR. JAN MALLONY SATHER posi on,he’s the


    CO-BENEFICIARY with the LEGAL - AUTHORITY to have ACCESS to the WHOLE
    ASSETS of US$100,000,000.00(ONE HUNDRED MILLION UNITED STATES
    DOLLARS ONLY).

    4. That having duly and legally made a PROOF OF AFFINITY to LATE MR JACK RUSSO
    and having enclosed the Will Testament of my client and atached the
    relevant documents the WHOLE ASSESTS/INHERITANCE has now belong to MR.
    JAN MALLONY SATHER of UNITED STATE OF AMERICA as a Co-Beneficiary.

    5. That this AFFIDAVIT OF FACT AND CLAIM is necessary for the release of the
    ASSETS/INHERITANCE to the NEW CO-BENEFICIARY and that all relevant
    document rela ngto the assests should be issued to both NEXT OF KIN AND
    CO0BENEFICIARY NAME: RENEE M RUSSO & MR. JAN MALLONY SATHER OF
    UNITED STATE OF AMERICA

    6. This AFFIDAVIT OF FACTS AND CLAIMS is sworn and believing that all informa on
    given are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and according to the
    proper esact of 1998 OF DUBAI COURTS - The Main Building, 5 Riyadh St - Dubai
    United Arab Emirates.

    7. This AFFIDAVIT will only be VALIDATED on the payment of the sum of just
    US$27,500.00 REPRESENTING STAMP DUTY/COURT CHARGES.

    8. That the STAMP DUTY FEE of the sum of US$27,500.00 must be PAID by: MR.
    JAN MALLONY SATHER with immediate effect for an APPROVAL by the above

    We hereby notify and clarify you concerning the fact that LATE MR JACK RUSSO
    deposited the total sum amount of US$100,000,000.00 claiming and ready to the HSBC
    BANK, you therefor require to remit an outstanding charges of just US$23,000.00
    placed on the FUNDS as NON RESIDENTIAL TAX FEE in order to complete the transfer.

    PLEASE NOTE: We order to TRANSFER the FUNDS(US$100,000,000.00) after the


    full payment of the said US$23,000.00 placed on the FUNDS as NON-
    RESIDENTIAL TAX FEE has been PAID FULLY and conrmed.

    The transfer of the FUNDS(US$100,000,000.00) is under review and ready to remit
