39begins with a capital letter, the abbreviation must also begin with a capital letter. Most
40abbreviation end with a period (.)

14What is a fact?
15 a fact generally refers to something that is true and can be verified as such. That is, a
16fact is something that can be proven to be true.
17What is an opinion?
18 an opinion refers to a personal belief. It relates to how someone feels about something,
19others may agree or disagree with an opinion, but they cannot prove or disprove it. This is what
20defines it as opinion.

30verified as such while OPINION refers to a personal belief.
