Sweet It Up Inc. summarizes its purpose in five categories.

INTRODUCTION

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS


Among the fast increase in temperature globally we want to refresh the society with a lot
of ideas. Coffee jelly can be considered as one of the most common desserts that are being
served in mall. Also the turon and cheese sticks are most favorite of the students, that can serve
a lot of students and teachers in the school campus.

This business will not stand without partnership, the proponent will tap the assistance of
their parents and guardians to finance this business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


The Chief Executive Officer of Sweet It Up was known to be the professional of wrapping
a banana and cheese, the business was adopted in this proposal. Moreover, the other officers
were past administrators and manager during the food bazaar.

MARKETING

PRODUCTS
*Cheese sticks is made from mild varieties of cheese. Cheese sticks are deep-fried snack
composed of sliced cheeses wrapped in spring roll wrapper. It is budget-friendly, simple to
prepare and delicious.
*Turon with condensed milk on top is a Filipino snack that’s sweet, crunchy and satisfying.
Ripe saba banana, and brown sugar are rolled together in a wrapper and fried to a golden crisp.
*Coffee Jelly is a unique dessert that consists of coffee flavored gulaman that is served
with condensed milk. The gulaman is cut into cubes. Then, added to a mixture of condensed
milk.

MARKETING

 Students. It is an affordable product that they could surely afford.


 Teachers. This product has a unique taste that everyone is searching for.
For our marketing strategy, we will post signage and give brochures to students and
teachers beforehand. And on the day of opening of our business, we will entertainments that
could encourage them to buy our product and enjoy the ambiance while taking a sip of our very
delicious and affordable coffee jelly and you can partner it with our special cheese sticks and
turon with condensed milk on top.

INDUSTRY
This business will run in an industry with a lot of competitors since we are competing with
different groups from different strands. The possible external factors that will affect this business
are the following: Weather, duration of break time and unexpected events.
But this business will grow possibly if there will be an abundant and a great and effective
marketing strategy. And since this business is somehow mainstream, we can get a lot of
customers that can add up to this business, economic trend.

One garbage bag trash will be removed at end of shift and will be disposed.

LOCATION
This business will be established in Tayug National High School covered gym, where there is an
efficient space for the costumers and the sellers.

EQUIPMENT:

Tong- It is used to easy get the products we sell, and by the help by the tong so that we
served it clean to our costumers.
Container- is used on our drink which is coffee jelly.
Tray- is used to store our cooked products.
Pan- we used it for frying.

IV.
PRODUCTION
Beforehand, we need to prepare all the materials needed
especially we wrapped early the banana and the cheese and the equipment to be used.
Then, we put oil in the pan and wait until it gets hot after that we’re going to put the turon
and cheese stick and wait until it comes golden brown. After we give to our costumers
the turon we’re going to put condensed milk on top. And also in cheese stick we put
dressing to served as sauce.
V. HARVEST STRATEGY
The leader will serve as the money collector on this business
he\she will receive payment as a costumers will have an order.
