    APPLICATION FOR TAKING PLACE ON RECORD, THE


    DOCUMENT/ RECORDS PERTAINING TO THE SERVICE TO
    THE DEFENDANT.

    MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

    1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this Hon'ble


    Court and the same is fixed for hearing on 16 .10.2021.

    2. That in the above mentioned case, the Applicant has been


    constrained to file the instant application in the compliance of the
    order passed by this Hon’ble Court, wherein this Hon’ble Court
    issued notice/summon to the opposite party and also allowed the
    plaintiff for dasti notice, by all modes i.e. Postal, whatsapp, email
    etc.
    Further, it is submitted that in the compliance of the order of
    Hon’ble court, the plaintiff has served the notice/ summon along
    with complete set of petition to the opposite party through the
    Counsel of Plaintiff. The copy of reports/ records pertaining to this
    service in this case on the opposite party, are annexed herewith as
    Annexure ‘A’ (colly).

    3. That we as the counsels for the plaintiff, have been engaged


    recently for contesting this case further. The copy of the
    vakalatnama executed in favour of us has been attached herewith as
    Annexure ‘B’.

    PRAYER

    In view of the fact and circumstances mentioned above it is prayed that


    this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to take on record above-
    mentioned documents/ records pertaining to the service to the defendant
    or pass any other order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in
    the interest of justice.
