    A Door and Accessories Installation Inspection

    Doors with perimeter mounting flanges shall be installed with flashing

    Sealants shall be applied and tooled in accordance with the


    manufacturer's recommendations with respect to surface preparation, SAES-M-100

    Door and frame shall be installed square, plumb and level within the SAES-M-100

    Security and emergency exit doors, including their hardware and frames,

    protection rating shall be either automatic or self closing assemblies; Fire
    rated doors installed across a corridor shall be automatic closing SAES-M-100

    automatically in the event of a power failure.

    Swinging fire doors shall not have less than two hinges when the door is
    up to 1524mm (60in) in height, an additional hinge shall be installed for SAES-M-100

    Hinges, except for spring hinges, shall be of the ball bearing or
