    1. The DepEd and Nestlé Wellness Campus Program (the “Program”) is a partnership
    between the Department of Education (DepEd) and Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (NPI) and
    will be implemented by Greatfil Team, Inc. (GTI).
    2. In support of this, this office will be conducting an Orientation on ________at
    ___________, 8:00 a.m. to all Elementary School MAPEH Coordinators for the
    Nestlé Wellness Campus Program District Implementation.
    3. This activity aims to:
    3.1 Properly orient the teachers and School MAPEH Coordinators about the Nestlé
    Wellness Campus Program, its program objectives, and mechanics.
    3.2 Provide the materials needed in the implementation of the program such as
    Nutritional Modules, Parents’ Modules, Worksheets, and a video of dancercise.
    4. Participants in this activity are the Elementary School MAPEH Coordinators.
    Observing the required health protocols will strictly follow such as wearing of face
    masks and/or face shields, physical distancing, hand sanitation, and other
    precautionary measures.
    5. Food (snack) and transportation expenses relative to the orientation will be charged to
    MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
    6. For the information, guidance, and compliance of all concerned.
