Responsibilities:
● Working as a IT Technical Recruiter and experienced in full life cycle of US Staffing.
Experienced with full cycle of staffing services, such as finding candidates through different
sourcing techniques, Screening of resumes, Interviews, Salary/Rate negotiations. ● Working
closely with Account managers.
● Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Contract Positions. ●
Filter and review complete candidate profile/resume and evaluate applicant’s work
history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal
qualifications against open requirements.
● Understanding Client’s need and Job Description & Specification.
● Handling the recruitment cycle in various technologies & in various domains like
Information Technology, Banking & Finance, Telecom, and Healthcare.
● Worked on different technologies like QA, BA, PM, Siebel admin, Network admin, BizTalk,
.Net Developers and Architects, Oracle DBA, DB2 DBA, Mainframe, Java Developers and
Architect, etc.,.
● Posting various Jobs in Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, personal
database, Google Groups etc) according to the Client’s needs.
● UsingCeipal VMS for mass mailing.
● Maintaining the database of candidates.
● Sourcing candidates through different job portals like Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Career
Builder and Internal Database.
● Worked with all visa status’ i.e. OPT/CPT, H1, Citizens, Green Card and TN.
● Pay Rate / Salary negotiation with the consultants and Employers.
● Preparing and formatting the candidates resumes as per Client’s requirement.
● Scheduling interviews (both telephonic and in-person).
● Follow up with client/candidate post interview/offer
● Recruited various types of Contractor’s terms or Tax terms such as W2, 1099, &
Corp-to-Corp.
● Maintaining all the Recruiting related work online in Google sheets regarding Open
positions, Submissions, Updates, Interview Status, Daily Work track status etc.,. ●
Maintain reports on submission for the requirements handled in a week, track the
corporate progress, generate daily reports and update them.
● Worked for Direct Client, Tier 1, and Prime Vendor requirements and succeeded in
Placements.
● Maintain Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on status of requirements, Weekly
submissions & Interviews and report monthly closures to CEO
