Before Event Before a building going to be build, proper documentation like drawings need to be submitted to meet the safety standard. Fire authority should conduct regular inspection on safety compliance based on By Laws and standards to make sure that no illegal renovation that disturb the fire safety had been done.
During Event Firefighters need to arrive and control the fire as soon as Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (BOMBA) possible, so the factor of response time is important. Firefighters also responsible in the rescue operation if only its possible, unlike this event where the fire was already out of control when they arrive.
After Event Improving on the enforcement and implement awareness to the public and business owners on the importance of Fire Safety.
