    1 other vendor couplers are pasing with secondory steel and same using in other JMC
    projects.
    2 Shear wall concrete finish and night concreting supervision.
    3 Alluminium panels procured cannot be used
    4 Variation in thickness of GI DUCTS procured 0.3 instead of 0.5 (as per specification)

    Performance of JMC site QC engineer is not satisfactory. Improper monitoring at site also
    5 not maintaing quality standards at site.delay in closure of observation and not replaying
    the mails
