    Welding Shop Environmental Policy

    The environmental policy for Welding Shop includes following Guidelines:


     It is mandatory for everyone to wear mask.

     The passage of shop should be clear.

     The worker should avoid to wear any kind of lose Clothing.

     During the transportation of raw material, the one’s should avoid any kind of misbehave or

    Mischief.

     The worker should operate electrical appliance carefully.

     The Worker must wear earmuffs.

     Before drilling the one’s must ensure that the drill bit is tight.

     During spot welding the one’s should wear googles.

     The worker should use welding helmet, apron and gloves before operating welding machine.

     The Worker who exchanges the die should wear safety shoes.

     The die should be exchange by at least two workers.

     The worker should wear gloves during die changing for better Grip.

     The worker should do the visual inspection of machines before operating.

     During the machining operation the worker make sure that his hands and other body parts are

    out of harm’s way.
