    HIGHLY ACHIEVABLE GOALS NOT HIGHLY ACHIEVABLE
    GOALS
    1. Promote gender equality and 1. Reduce poverty and social
    empower women exclusion
    2.. Partnership for development 2. Ensure environmental
    sustainability
    3. Reduce child mortality
    4. Combat HIV/AIDS and
    tuberculosis
    5. Improve maternal healthcare
    6. Achieve universal and
    primary education

    EXPLANATION:
    Highly Achievable Goals:
    1. Additional laws that should be passed about equality among all will aid in
    making a stop at the discrimination and violence to the LGBT community.
    2. The Philippines is establishing its relationship to the international
    community. Its partnership with neighboring countries helps us in dealing
    with our common problems and help in economic ties.
    Not Highly Achievable Goals:
    1. There is still a high rate of unemployment and low salary range that
    contributes to poverty. It is also hard to resolve exclusion since a lot of
    Filipinos are judgmental.
    2. Production waste and non-renewable sources of energy are the main
    source of greenhouse gases here in the country. We should resolve those
    issues first in order to achieve this goal.
    3. Many Filipinos still do not have access to a hospital or lying-in clinics
    therefore putting the mother in risk when giving birth.
    4. Treatment for these communicable diseases costs a lot of money and is
    not widely spread.
    5. Maternal medicine in the Philippines is currently not an advanced field of
    medicine therefore innovations in this field is hard to obtain.
    6. Education facilities and materials are not enough for the students. Also,
    the budget for education is not enough to fund what the school children
