Jasmine
of bushes and plants in the olive family (Oleaceae). It contains around 200 species
local to tropical and warm calm districts of Eurasia and Oceania. Jasmines are
generally developed for the trademark scent of their blossoms. Various
inconsequential plants contain "jasmine" in their normal names (see other plants
called "jasmine").
Generally developed for their rich, serious aroma, jasmines have consistently
been a mainstream animal categories for planting purposes as well as for
perfumery just as therapeutic employments.
