MOVIE: BAND BAAJA BAARAAT
SYNOPSIS: Bittoo Sharma a care free guy struggles finding a job and under constant pressure from his father to work in their sugar cane fields. Shruti Kakkar who is under pressure from her family to marriage manages to take tome from her family so that she can start her business and make it successful in the next 5 years. During a marriage Bittoo rashes into a wedding and meets Shruti and starts flirting with her. But not interested in bittoo she reveals that she wants to become a wedding planner. Both challenging their families for their independency decides to collaborate and starts wedding planning business. Both meet Chanda narang a famous wedding planner for job, but to the surprise only bitto gets hired by Chanda, but bitto keeps a condition that they (bittoo and shruti) both work together but not individually. They starting working together but notices that Chanda is cheating her clients in term of both money and quality of services provided. When a client confronts Chanda she manages to put blame on shruti, Later Shruti and Bittoo leaves the company and starts their own wedding planning business. They get their first big client and manages to succeed in it But Later they end up fighting with each other bringing personal feeling to each other in between ad they both separate from each other and starts the business individually but both cannot survive in the business and struggle. Then the get a big offer where they needs to work together, Working together Bittoo tries to apologize to Shruti but upset shruti wants to leave to Dubai marrying her fiancée, After continuous follow up from Bittoo, both realizes their mistakes and unite together.
MANAGEMENT LESSONS: YOU NEED TO HAVE PASSION TO BECOME A ENTREPRENEUR To become an entrepreneur one always doesn’t need a degree, but strong passion is needed to be successful. IN the movie both the lead actors doesn’t have any fancy degree, all they have is a wish to become success full, Heroine wants to have her own business of wedding planning and hero join her to make money and become individual rather than depending upon his family.
TEAM WORK A good team is needed for any business to become successful. IN the movie hero and heroine forms a good team and their business is successful when they are working as a team, but when they separate and starts working individually they lack the abilities of the other person and starts struggling in the business and hence a good team is always needed in the business
NO BUSINESS IS SMALL Every business starts from the scratch with a very small investment, even in the movie The wedding business started by the lead actors was initially started in Janakpuri and then shifted to a high end locality in Delhi, when you work hard and believe in your goals no matter how small you start with, the business will grow big eventually.
TREAT YOU VENDORS AS PARTNERS
Treat your vendors as partners when you behave like a boss and keep vendors separate from you will have former relationship of employee and boss and but in the movie it is show that the Lead actors treat their vendors as their partners which makes them as a one big family and every one does their role perfectly for the business to grow.
BRING UNIQUESS When you start a business there will be lot of competition from the already well established business people, But you to bring uniqueness with your business, It is easy to copy other business ideas and reduce the prices, but this will not help to survive in the long run, In the movie also it is shown that when the lead actors have established their business there are already existing big wedding planners but the team bring uniqueness with their customizes facilities provided and making the wedding more dhamaka than the regular ones this makes them help grow despite of having a huge competition from the others.
