Flexibility-The maximal range of motion that the joints can achieve is known as flexibility. It is
difficult to kick very high in the foundation form #1, but with ongoing involvement, the aim of
flexibility will be realized. as well as joint motion that you can achieve in your joints
Muscular Strength- The ability to do feats that require strength is known as muscular
strength. This is especially important in the early stages of taekwondo because fundamental
techniques like kicks and push ups need a lot of strength. Muscular strength would develop as a
result of continued activity.
Muscular endurance - Initially learning the basic skills would cause muscles to ache, but as
you progress through the stages, you will develop muscular endurance, which will allow you to
keep your muscles moving when you are fatigued.
