    Rk. Ragaisin (13 September 1949 - 26 December 2021) was a visionary
    and a man of great faith. He was born to Rk. Dungkhon & Rk. Guanglanliu at
    Order of Service Tamenglong (Inriangluang) Village. He was also a faithful husband to Apuiliu
    Panmei, a loving father to Rev. Dr. Daisok R. Panmei, Mercina R. Panmei,
    Invocation : Rev. G. Chingliang, Janghemlung Panmei, Dr. Kathanliu Panmei Basnet, and a caring
    President, Town Churches Union grandfather to six grandsons and six granddaughters. He was a joy and
    Eulogy : Family blessing to his three brothers, five sisters, friends, relatives and family.
    Rikhi Puina He was a civil servant and served in various capacities. He was an Office
    Rikhi Lu Phwam Staff (LDC - UDC) in Commissioner Office, Kohima Government of Nagaland
    Kapouckai in 1969, UDC in Forest Executive, Kohima, Government of Nagaland in 1979,
