1. There are so many people died from diabetes, hypertension, and heart
diseases usually caused by eating too much meat according to the specialists.
How do you convince your family to give up eating meat and just
vegetables? How would this affect someone who does not like to eat
vegetables?
Answer:

Convincing my family to give up eating meat would be a difficult task

as every member of my family eats meat except for my mother. However, I
believe I can convince them by simply making every vegetable dish unique
and delicious to their taste that they can give up the idea of eating meat.
Another way to convince them is to educate them about the diseases that
meat can cause to them. I could show them real-life examples, the worse
ones so that these facts could discourage them to eat meat and eat
alternatives or vegetables instead. Moreover, in my opinion, the most
effective way to encourage them to eat vegetables instead of meat is by
actually influencing them. One member of the family could start the action
and surely, the rest of the members will follow, especially if the head of the
family begins the practice.

I think this would be a difficult challenge for someone who

does not like to eat vegetables. For instance, my siblings are not fond of
eating vegetables. My mother and I still have to think of a creative way to
persuade them to eat vegetables. They might have a hard time adjusting to
this kind of practice. Nevertheless, this eating habit is beneficial for the
family’s wellbeing.
