Note to teachers
Our dear fellow teacher,
in this workpack, you will find a series of activities to be used with your students both before and after watching the BAP
play of your choice.
You will find that most of the activities have been graded according to levels, which might imply age or language
development or both. You will also come across different types of activities, which in most cases we have decided to
categorize as follows: Characters; Words, Words, Words!; Grammar & Structures; The Story; Drama Games &
Activities. You will find that the activities have been graded and labelled from lower to higher level with 1, 2 and 3.
In the Index section, you will find a Teacher’s Corner for some of the activities, with suggested procedures, answer
keys where appropriate and follow-ups. All these are simply suggestions. You are the one who knows your students, so
please feel free to play around with this workpack as much as you want and let yourself flow with your imagination and
inspiration.
Have a magical BAP experience, and do let us know what worked best for you and your students!

Synopsis
Ben, Geoffrey and Emily lived in a small cottage. They were very poor. Their
only neighbour, Mrs. Twain, worked in a mill, but one day she decided to travel
and see the world! Before leaving, she gave her belongings to her neighbours, the
two poor brothers and their sister. What a good friend their neighbour was! She
had nothing but a heart full of love, an old donkey, a mill and a cat.
Geoffrey got the mill. Emily got the donkey and Ben got the cat! Ben was really
disappointed with his gift. A cat! What could he do with a cat? But this was
not an ordinary cat! Ben discovered that the animal was very special. He could
speak. He had super magical thoughts. He was a master. He was Master Cat.
Master Cat helped Ben and his brother and sister to discover a world of love,
friendship and magic along with Princess Anabelle and her father, King Wayne,
