    Piling contractor has already been assigned, work is in progress.


    Rate was finalised at 660/- per running meter for DMC piles.
    BOQ is attached as discussed.
    25th August
    Marketing office will be ready in two months, launch should ideally be
    planned for second half of October.

    3D design of the bunglow will be done by Mayabious;


    trying to get 2 number of views ASAP. Other media planning to be done and
    shared by EDEN group.
    Presentation of the same is attached along with the contract given to various
    vendors.
    Marketing department of Eden Group will finalize the base rate
    of the project. Rest of the commercials were discussed and shared.
    Recommendation shared with EDEN - they will finalise the same and inform
    the partners. As discussed the same is attached.
    Mutation charges to be included in the commercial sheet.

    Decorative roof garden should be added. Rest all okay.

    Decided that we should commit 30 months plus 12 months grace to the
    customers. As discussed the same is attached.
    Eden Group will share the plan shortly.
    Chandan Kholey can be considered for the job - Rajat Group will coordinate
    the same.

    Process to begin. Mr. Krishna Modi is coordinating the same.
    Eden Group is working on it.
    Eden group will share a organsiational structure soon; Rajat Group will share
    the same for the construction team.
    From the month of August 2022
    A new DG set has to be purchased.
    Not required for phase 1; we should buy a concrete pump as we will use
    RMC for this phase.
    Bungalow no. G4 & G5 to be put on hold and not to be sold.
    We need to meet Mrs. Mahi from Kotak in the following week.
    Evergreen group needs to contribute 1.1 cr towards working capital.
