AGENDA DISCUSSION/AGREEMENT REMARKS
Part I
Preliminaries/ Opening Program The meeting was called for the review
and revision of School Improvement
Plan. This was done with the observance
of IATF safety health protocols due to
pandemic. The meeting started at
exactly 1:00 in the afternoon chaired by
Ms. Cristilyn M. Acerit, Teacher In-
Charge. A short prayer was led by Ms.
Pepita C. Ladesma, Teacher
Representative.

Part II
Conference Proper
1. Roll Call Ms. Gina P. Ramos checked the
attendance of the teachers and
stakeholders wherein 100% of teachers’
attendance and 100% on concern
stakeholders’ were present.

2. Call to Order After the acknowledgement of the


teachers and stakeholders the Teacher
In-Charge Ms. Cristilyn M. Acerit called
the meeting into order at exactly 1:10 in
the afternoon.

3.1. Understanding SIP The Teacher In- Charge discussed what

3.2. Preliminary Steps in SIP The Teacher In- Charge presented the
Preparation school profile and solicited from the
participants their insights regarding the
problems and concerns that need to be
addressed in the SIP.

3.3. Forming a School The Teacher In- Charge initiated the


Planning Team formation of the School Planning Team.

3.4. SPT Orientation and The Teacher In- Charge oriented the
Preparation for School new set of SPT members about their
Improvement Planning roles and responsibilities. They started
gathering data from the School
Information System. They also
determined the school goal and
objectives.

3.5. Identifying the projects The Teacher In- Charge and the
members of the SPT reviewed and
revised the identified projects for the
school. Because of the Covid-19
pandemic some projects were revised
and sustained to cope with the needs of
the school. Sustained projects were the
following:
• Project READY
• Project PRO-SLMs
• Project WASH
• Project TOT
• Project ICT

3.7. School’s Monitoring and The Teacher In- Charge and the
Evaluation Plan and members of the SPT developed the
Structure School’s Monitoring and Evaluation
Plan and Structure

Adjournment There was no further matter to be
discussed, the meeting was adjourned at
exactly 4:00 in the afternoon.
