    REMEDIAL TEACHING PROGRAM


    FIRST SEMESTER
    S.Y. 2020 – 2021

    Purpose: Learners under Intensive Remedial Teaching Program usually have one or more than one of
    the following learning difficulties:

    a. Have difficulty understanding new concepts.


    b. Lack of learning motivation
    c. Low score/s in the written exam
    d. Need more time to complete assignments and task.

    Objectives:

    1. Provide learning support to learners who lag far behind their counterparts in school performance.
    2. Provide learning support to help learners to consolidate their basic knowledge in the subject.
    3. To enhance their confidence and effectiveness of learning.

    Procedure:

    1. Teaching Preparation
    2. Devise various learning activities
    3. Teaching approaches
    4. Provide clear instructions
    5. Summarize the main points
    6. Enhance learning motivation and interest
    7. Encourage learners; active participation in class activities
    8. Evaluation/Assessment
