    (b) Give examples of heterogeneous catalysis in which reactants taking part are
    a) Liquid b) Gaseous state.
    (c) Draw TP phase diagram and explain phase, number of component and degree of
    freedom for the compound having same chemical formula in every phase.

    Q.2 (a) How many phases are present in each of the following system:
    i. A drop of water placed in a stoppered bottle.
    ii. Mixture of N2, H2 & O2.
    (b) Explain adsorption theory of catalysis with examples.

    (c) Explain the collision theory with limitations of it.
