MORNING SESSION
PART I

PART II
Team Building Discussion / Getting to Know: (All participants will proceed to their assigned break-up
groups. Each break-up group will have a group team leader.
Activities:
• Brain Quiz
Mechanics: Each team member will answer series of questions, and the answers are letters that
represents the answer. Have the team members write their answer in their notebook.

Questions:
1. T – an aromatic beverage prepared by pouring hot or boiling water
2. E – the first letter of an infinite number.
3. A – an indefinite article together with “an” which is used before a noun that is general or
when its identity is unknown
4. M – the first letter of a chocolate brand.
5. B – an insect in the suborder Aprocita
6. U – refers as the second person
7. I – refers as the first person
8. L – means that not in good health
9. D – the missing word from the song title ob la __, ob la da
10. I – an organ for seeing
11. N – opposite of out
12. G – the treble clef is the ___ clef
Have their paper exchange with the team mates to see how many got the correct answers.
Have the team members identify what word has been formed.

• Team Building Rationale: Define TEAM BUILDING & its Purpose

Team Building is a collective term for various types of activities used to enhance social relations and
define roles within teams, often involving collaborative tasks. It aims to expose and address
interpersonal problems within the group.

The formal definition of team-building includes:

• aligning around goals


• building effective working relationships
• reducing team members' role ambiguity
• finding solutions to team problems

• FIRST IMPRESSION GAME (TAO, BAHAY, BAGYO) – All participants will play the Tao,
Bahay, Bagyo. Once they can find pairs, they will have to give their first impression to the person
next to him/her.
• ONE THING THAT BEST REPRESENTS YOU? – Ask each team member one thing that
represents them and let them explain.

• WOULD YOU RATHER? – Each team member will be asked to choose a number from 1- 50
and answer the question.

1.  Would you rather go into the past and meet your ancestors or go into the future and meet your
great-great-grandchildren?

2.  Would you rather have more time or more money?

3.  Would you rather have a rewind button or a pause button on your life?

AFTERNOON SESSION
PART II – TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES/GAMES
Instructions: Participants will have to be in their respective year level. Each year level needs to prepare a
Team Name & Yell. Inform each team that there will be corresponding points in every activity. The team,
who will get the highest points accumulated from all the activities, will be declared as the champion,
second and third placers. Prizes will be announced after the entire games. (Ask for takeaways every after
games)
• WANDER BALL – Each group will have 1 representative for this game. Each
representative will be blind folded and need to find 1 ball in the playing premise.
Other team member will be the one who will give direction to the representative,
while the other group may distract the other team.

• STACK CUPS – Each team will have a rubber band. May 5 nga higot nga
nakahigot sa rubber band, para mabira nila para ma stretch. Then ila i-form and
cups in a pyramid. Each year level. 10 members.

• Balloon Toss – Highest number of toss of balloon in 1 minute.

• CATCH THE DRAGON TAIL – 10 members. Each group will have a tail. The
goal is to catch the tail of the other dragons. Kung mabugto out. The last group
nga mabilin nga dili bugto and gets the tail will be declared as the winner. 20
members all sections.

• TRUST FALL – One team member will be in the center, while the rest of team
members need to catch when the center team member will fall to wherever side
he would like to fall. Have the center team member tell his/her experience during
the game.

Researve Games:
• MESSAGE RELAY – All members in a group. The message i-act. Then pass to the last member.
The group who will get the correct action will be the winner.
20 members each group. 10 groups.
• UNDERCOVER CHAMPION – Mutuyok ka 3 then musuot then mag agaw sa cup.
• Catch Me If You Can – Agaw2x sa cups. All participants
• HUMAN KNOT – Untangle the team members nga naka blind fold. There should be one member
nga tig untangle but he/she cannot touch her. 10 members, each year level.
• HUMAN CENTIPEDE – sumpay2x each team member. They have to walk through their arms.
• Arrow, Wall, Rabbit
