    residence and postal address at B 609, L14, Ph. 6, Heritage Homes, Loma De Gato,
    Marilao, Bulacan for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY

    TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said MA.
