1. Equipment Overview

1.1. Overview

The throttling manifold control panel is a controlling device necessary for

successfully controlling well surge and blowout and enforcing pressure

control technique for oil and gas wells. It can control the open or close of the

hydraulic throttling valve at long distance. On the face board of the control

panel, the pressure of the rising pipe, the pressure of the casing pipe and the

open degree of valve position of the hydraulic throttling valve can be

displayed. The pressure transmitters of rising pipe and casing pipe adopt

pneumatic signals to sense, which has the properties of high sensing

precision, good shock resistant performance, easy installation and natural

anti-explosion.

5) Hydraulic Oil: 10-32# hydraulic oil (The lower the temperature, the lower

the grade)

4. Installation, debugging and operation for equipment

4.1. Charging oil

Oil filling to the top mark for the first time, ensure the oil level in the middle of

the oil mark during working. Refilling oil is necessary when the oil level drops

to the bottom mark. If oil is refueling during working, no more than 2-2 mark

is not allowed.

To connect the hose correctly according to the nameplate markers one by

one.

4.4. Pressure sensors connection

1、Hose connection

Hose connection

2、Charging oil into the hose

To ensure the piston to the bottom of the sensor. If not the bottom,

to execute the procedure as following steps,and if yes, skip the step

1-2.

1)Open the corresponding needle valve.

2)Loading pressure to at least 5 Mpa,then exhaust the pressure.

3) Open the discharge valve on the sensor

4) Open the corresponding needle valve

5)To load pressure slowly until the oil relief from the discharge valve,

close the corresponding needle valve immediately and then the discharge

valve.

4.6.Operation

Open/close choke valve (The same operation for each choke)

To operate the handle to“OPEN” until the valve position gauge

finger arriving at the expected position.

Note 1:The speed of closing /opening is can be adjusted thought by the

speed regulator on the panel.

Note 3: When the throttle valve stops at any intermediate position, the

pressure of the system has no effect on the throttle valve.

5. Equipment maintenance
