PARTICIPATE AND ASSIST

Given the concepts and infographic, how can you participate and assist in a
face-to-face learning environment?

 As a future teacher, I can participate and assist in a face-to-face learning

environment by giving students a conducive learning environment. I will
encourage students to participate and cooperate to all activities, let them share
their insights and understanding. I will guide them to what things they have difficult
to deal in every subject.

ANALYZE

What do you think brought the changes in the face-to-face learning environment now?

 I think that the use of technology in the classroom, which creates productive
learning environments, is causing changes in the face-to-face learning
environment. Because of the downloadable arts that are readily available online,
the walls' creativity has enhanced their beauty and attraction.

From the changes that you identified, choose one that you can do. How will you do it?

 I believe the only thing I can do at this time is set up a conducive classroom. I will
upgrade or replace those elements that can improve the learning of the students,
and I will only include the necessary elements that I know would benefit the
learners.
REFLECT

Do you think making learning environment conducive for a face-to-face

classroom will enable the learners to achieve better learning outcomes? Yes. Explain your
answer.

 For me, a conducive classroom would significantly affect students' learning and
personalities. They can concentrate on their lecture because they act similarly at
school, particularly during activity time.

OBSERVE

What common problem have I noticed in a face-to-face learning environment?

 When students are not interested in the lesson, they easily get bored and begin to
chat with their seatmates instead of paying attention in class.

Can I translate this problem into a question?

 What can we do to help students focus in the lesson?

REFLECT

How would I solve the problem?

 Since students in primary levels always want fun, I will use audio-visual materials
that suitable to their ages and will catch their attention to listen.

Will it improve my teaching? Yes. How?

 Because if I saw my students are amaze and active in my class, this is the best
opportunity to discuss my lesson well because there is no noise that will distract the
whole class.

PLAN

What will I do to solve the problem? Describe briefly how you will do it.

 To solve the problem, I will find more creative displays that I will show to the
students through audio-visual materials. I also find unique motivations for students
to become active in learning.
