Following the meeting with you and agreement on December 3/2022 I


have proposed the Organizational structure of the Lalibela Hotel based
on the 3 star Hotel Standard.
Accordingly, there are Four executive committee members reporting
directly to the General Manager and the detail is as follows: -
1) Rooms Division Manager
2) Food & Beverage Manager
3) Finance & Admin Manager
4) General Service Manager
The detail organizational structure of each division mentioned above,
is shown below. Please note that the sources to fill the vacant positions
to be recruited from local market.
