    RESOLUTION NUMBER 01, S 2022

    A RESOLUTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCREDITATION OF SULANGAN TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS’
    ASSOCIATION (SULTODA) TO REPRESENT IN THE LOCAL SPECIAL BODY OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF
    GUIUAN

    WHEREAS, Sulangan Tricycle Operators and Drivers’ Association (SULTODA) is an organization with thirty six (36)
    members composed of tricycle drivers and operators of Barangay Sulangan guided by its agreed policies in the
    by-laws.

    WHEREAS, the SULTODA was registered to the Department of Labor and Employment with its registration
    number R08-ESFO-2016-04-WA-1475 and has been providing transport services and participating in different
    meetings and activities anchored by the Local Government of Guiuan for the transport services for the last 6
    years.

    WHEREAS, it has decided to apply for accreditation in the Local Government Unit of Guiuan in order to represent
    in all relevant special bodies and support programs for the improvement of transport service of the constituents
    of Guiuan.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion raised by assistant secretary, Ponciano Odgen Jr. and duly seconded by a member,
    Joel Badanoy, be it.

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to accredit Sulangan Tricycle Operators and Drivers’ Association,
    represented by its President, Jaime A. Raloso, to represent in the local special body of the Local Government of
    Guiuan.

    RESOLVED FINALLY: that copy of this resolution is furnished to the Local Government Unit of Guiuan for the
    purpose of Accreditation.

    Carried.

    I hereby certify the correctness of the foregoing resolution.
