VII. Course Description: The course deals with the study of the concepts and principles on public accountability. It also give students on
over-all view of the constitutional and other legal basis of public accountability in the Philippines setting. The topics will also enable
public administration students to have clearer insights on the new concept of measuring performance and tying in new concepts of
evaluation to the system of accountability in government.
