2-DAY DISTRICT CASCADING ON CAMPUS JOURNALISM FOR SCHOOL PAPER


ADVISERS AND PUPIL JOURNALISTS

1. In preparation for the District, Division, Regional and National Schools Press Conference (RSPC & NSPC)
2023, this District announces the conduct of the 2-Day District Cascading on Campus Journalism For School
Paper Adviser and Pupil Journalists on March 4-5, 2023.

2.This training is focused at enticing participants to express their ideas in writing aside from oral expression
in the different individual and group categories to be contested during District, Division, Regional and
National Schools Press Conference 2023.

3. The participants to this training are 2 School Paper Advisers for both English and Filipino of the 29
elementary schools of this district. They must bring with them 2 student journalists.

4. Since this 2-day training which is on March 4-5, 2023 falls on Saturday and Sunday, the participants are
entitled to claim 2 days service credits.

5. The travel and registration of Php50.00 of participants shall be charged against local school fund/MOOE
subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures. The registration will cover the materials for
this training and so with the meals and snacks of the facilitators.

6. Immediate and widest dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
