LS Laundry Services will allow Fair Gems Academy to use their drying cleaning machine for laboratory periods. Fair Gems Academy will pay a rental fee of 500 pesos per laboratory use of the machine. Fair Gems Academy will also be responsible for any damages caused to the machine during use and adopt safety policies.     MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    This agreement is made and entered into this 6th day of February 2023 in the municipality of Pambujan, Northern
    Samar by and between:
    DR. IMELDA T. VALENZUELA_, LS Laundry Services, of legal age, Filipino, widowed and resident of Pambujan,
    Northern Samar Herein after called the “First Party” and Fair Gems Academy Inc. represented by Dr. Rizalina H.
    Angeles, School Administrator, Board of Trustees, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Catubig Northern
    Samar, Herein after called the “Second Party”.
    WITNESSETH:
    Whereas, the First Party is the _LS Laundry Services_ at Pambujan, Northern Samar.
    Whereas, the Second Party applied for accreditation with TESDA, Provincial Office to open a course on
    Housekeeping NCII.
    Whereas, the second party recognizes the need to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement to use the first
    party’s equipment/facilities particularly the Drying Cleaning Machine where the second party don’t have at the
    moment.
    Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Parties have agreed as follows:
    1. That the First party will permit the second party to use said equipment during laboratory period when such
    equipment will be used.
    2. That the second party shall pay a rental of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500) per laboratory when such equipment is in
    use.
    3. That the second party shall adopt safety policy and measures when using such equipment and is willing to pay for
    any damage caused by its use.

    To witness Where of, these parties hereto have signed these Memorandum of Agreement this 6 th day of February 2023,
    at Pambujan, Northern Samar.
