    CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
    This agreement made and entered this day December 23, 2022 by and between FAIR GEMS
    ACADEMY INC., a non-stock, non-profit corporation existing and operation under Philippines Laws
    herein presented by: MR. EMERSON H. ANGELES, School Principal herein after called the ``FIRST
    PARTY’’ and RIZALINA H. ANGELES of legal age, Filipino and with residence at Catubig N.
    Samar and herein after called the `` Second Party’’.
    WITNESSETH
    The Fair Gems Academy Inc. and Second party in consideration of mutual covenant made
    herein enter this contract and service whereby Fair Gems Academy Inc. commission the service of the
    following terms and conditions:
    1. That Fair Gems Academy Inc. hereby engages the services of the Second Party on a full time/part-
    time basis for period effective December, 2022 to December, 2024.
    2. That the Second Party shall render services on an hourly basis in accordance with the number of
    hours required of the specific for Teacher/TESDA Course/s at Php 100 per hour.
    3. That the Second Party shall observe the hourly schedule as above indicated, and shall be paid in
    accordance with the actual work rendered;
    4. That the parties hereby understand that they are not bound by any employer-employee relationship
    but by a contract service as herein provided for;
    5. That this contract will be renewable upon the agreement of both parties and maybe terminated
    should there be a breach in any conditions stipulated herein;
    6. That the Second Party has to submit required document: Bio-Data,birth Certificate,TOR,Residence
    Certificate,Barangay/Police Clearance, Medical Examination result attesting to his/her fitness to
    work.
    In witness whereof, the parties have signed this contract on this 23 rd day of December, 2022 at
    Catubig Northern Samar,Philippines.
