1) While a new administration claims corruption will end, there is no way to truly know what happens behind closed doors as public servants and leaders may keep hidden intentions and motives regardless of appearances.
2) Allowing face-to-face classes in some areas with few reported COVID cases could still spread the virus as it remains active everywhere. Prioritizing health over education is important as virtual learning allows staying safe from a virus that can kill many of those infected. Lives are more valuable than in-person schooling, so remaining patient as case numbers decrease globally is prudent.

Direction: Formulate a counterclaim with the following claims.
1. “Corruption will end in the new administration.” - How would you actually know what's going on and what they're doing on a frequent basis if you can't see it? There's always a hidden dark side to every good image of a person, whether that's a public servant, a government representative, or just a regular person, that you wouldn't dare to know. You'll never know what their true intentions are or how clean or mysterious their hearts are, no matter how nice they appear. 2.“There have been so many discussions on allowing face to face classes in some areas. Some argue that face to face classes should be allowed as there are few cases those in specific places.” - The virus is still alive and spreading regardless of how few cases there are prioritize everyone’s health first, rather than regretting it later. According virus that can kill almost everyone who become infected, and I believe the only way to be safe is to stay home, you education is important but your life is more valuable. I believe the number of cases will start to decrease, not only in specific areas but globally, be patient and have trust in the system
