Greetings of Peace!
This letter serves as the 2nd Notice for the 2020 CEAP CONGRESS (Community Online National
Gathering for Renewed and Empowered Stewards in Schools) scheduled on September 21 to 25,
2020 that will be shown through LIVE STREAMING on CEAP FB Page and CEAP Channel on YouTube.
This notice intends to update you on some CONGRESS matters and details specifically: (a) Programme
of the General Membership Meeting on September 21, 2020, virtually via ZOOM (b) Updated 2020
CEAP CONGRESS Programme (c) Election and Referendum Rules (d) CEAP Financial Statement,
among others. ou can find all the materials by clicking here: 2020 CEAP General Membership
Meeting Materials
May I remind you that the CEAP General Membership Meeting will be held on September 21,
2020 at 8:30 AM using ZOOM. We will open the Zoom room as early as 8:00 AM. All superintendents,
school heads, and official representatives are expected to attend this meeting.

To ensure a seamless voting experience, kindly take note of these reminders in preparation for the
meeting:
1. Please do not share the Zoom Room details with anyone else.
2. The waiting room for the Zoom meeting will be open by 8:00 AM. We will start admitting
participants to the meeting room by then.
3. Please use your complete name and/or organization name as your display name during the
Zoom meeting so we can address you properly. With the increasing instances of hacks and
security breaches in Zoom, as a form of security control for the Assembly, those whose user
ID do not bear the name of attendee or institution name WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY to
the meeting room. Please avoid logging in with Zoom IDs like “iPhone or Samsung Galaxy 7”
or using someone else’s Zoom ID. Check your Zoom settings to ensure that your name or
institution name is the one displayed as your Zoom ID name. Otherwise, you might be refused
entry to the meeting even if you registered.
4. Please wait to be recognized by the Presider before speaking. You may utilize the chat box for
comments.
5. Kindly stay on Mute when not speaking and Unmute if you are requested to speak or when
recognized.
6. Ensure that your location is ideal for a meeting/conference, i.e. sounds around you should
not be able to interfere in the discussion.
7. Please ensure that your wi-fi connection is stable and strong.
On September 22 (Tuesday), the Pro Deo et Patria Award will be conferred upon Fr. Roderick Salazar,
SVD, former CEAP President, and the longest-serving. The annual award is the highest award given
by the Association to deserving individual/s who manifests an exemplary attitude of love for God and
country and his/her faithfulness to Catholic teachings as part of service to God.
Please note that we have simplified the requirements for the online registration. You are only
receiving this, most likely because you have registered online already. If you have not yet registered,

Deadline for registration to the meeting is at 5:00 PM on September 18, 2020.
Please take note that we are accepting donation for this event. You may send them through the usual
process that you use when paying membership dues or through new means as shown in the
attachment. Then, please email to info@ceap.org.ph your deposit slip.
