OBSERVATION PERIOD: 1 2
GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. The teacher plan and organize teaching learning strategies to apply her expertise in her
subject matter and to integrate content knowledge of other learning areas. She sees to
it that her learners acquire the content better when the teacher relate her subject
matter to their enabling competencies and learning experiences from other disciplines.
2. Numeracy and literacy were well established wherein the teacher presented short
stories for her pupils to read and she supplies it with HOTS question that her children
were able to answer. I also appreciate the way she grouped her pupils where she uses
a game “The boat is sinking”. The pupils were asked to be alert and quick in forming a
group.
3. The teacher provided varied classroom activities that give pupils opportunity to
analyze, explore, and create new concepts. HOTS questions were used to facilitate
critical thinking skills of her pupils.
4. Classroom arrangement was set in a way that all pupils will be able to actively
participate.
5. The teacher gave opportunity to identified instructional pupils to read but with her
guidance, in this manner she was able to boost the confidence of her pupils.
6. Various classroom activities and instructional strategies to integrate students’ personal
experiences with her lesson was evident in the duration of her lesson.
7. Lesson was well planned!
8. She uses power point presentation in her lesson.
9. Formative test congruent to her objective was used.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. The teacher integrated properly chosen content knowledge within and across
curriculum areas in specific parts of her Lesson Plan to aid learning and instruction.
Further, the teacher ensures that the integration did not replace the main lesson and did
not hinder the attainment of the objective.
2. It can be observed that Teacher Mary Grace uses power point presentation working
together to develop the learners’ literacy skills, as well as to extend their ways of
learning by seeing, drawing, writing, singing, and working together.
3. The teacher uses instruction that is designed to aid learners in finding meaning in a
story and keep it by connecting it to their daily lives. She provides HOTs questions that
will enhance critical thinking of her pupils, in this manner she was also able to boost
the confidence of her pupils.
4. Teacher Mary Grace has established a routine for her pupils in forming their groups
every time they have a group activity. Every pupil quietly goes to their respective
groups. Class sitting arrangement was well planned that it enables to let pupils move
freely and quietly.
5. It was consistent from beginning to end that the teacher gave a gentle yet firm voice in
disciplining or imposing discipline on her pupils. The strategy was then effective!
6. The teacher provides activities that help learners celebrate their strengths. They were
motivated to think, draw, and speak. She provides activities that are equal to all.
7. Lesson well planned.
8. ICT integration was evident.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. The teacher’s Lesson was very well planned, she was able to integrate other learning
areas, like Music, Arts, PE, Science, Health, and Filipino. She integrated properly chosen
content knowledge within and across curriculum areas in specific parts of her LP.
2. Teacher Shirley successfully made her lesson fun and interesting, she used games, and
provided situations that her pupils dealt with. These enhances literacy and
comprehension in her pupils.
3. Differentiated activities were given to develop pupils’ strength and skills. Pupils were
made to act, draw, write and sing. Pupils were learning and at the same time enjoying.
4. Classroom arrangement was set in a way that group work and presentations will be done in
an organized manner.
5. The teacher has a well-established classroom rule but then too much excitement on the
part of her pupils made it difficult for her to quiet her class. It doesn’t matter on my part as
an observer because I know learning takes place.
6. Needs and strength of each child were met. The teacher was able to provide varied
activities that caters the need and strength of her pupils.
7. She uses power point presentation in her lesson.
8. LP was well planned from beginning to end.
9. Formative test congruent to her objective was used.

OBSERVATION PERIOD: 1 2
GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. Teacher organizes her lesson carefully, that she was able to integrate and connect other
learning areas to her topic.
2. Unlocking of difficulties was one activity the teacher made to help pupils understand their
lesson. She provides sentences that will help the children come up with a new word and
at the same time understanding it.
3. The teacher showed variety of sources to provide learning activities that will motivate pupils
to extend learning beyond the classroom and inspire ongoing inquiry.
4. Classroom was set up in a way that all learners will be able to see the presentation on TV
attached to the wall. Spaces in the classroom were set for group activities.
5. Rules/ Standards to be followed were clearly stated. Teacher manages her class in a firm
but friendly manner.
6. Teacher uses materials and teaching approach to help her identify children’s
developmental needs, interests, and diversities. This is to accommodate the diff. learning
styles, temperaments and personalities of individual children. The teacher also provides
materials that reflect differences in the classroom in terms of gender, culture, religion,
and learning differences, and incorporate them into various activities.

processes
That made her lesson a smooth flowing.
8. The teacher uses different techniques and visuals to meet diverse educational needs (ICT
integration)

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. Teachers lesson implement cooperative learning activities to enable children to achieve higher
levels of understanding, to maintain collaborative relationships among peers, and develop
interpersonal skills and to foster the capacity to work as independent learners.
2. Teacher introduces the word COVID in a unique and interesting manner which help children see
and understand the interrelationships between and among learning concepts and everyday
experiences.
3. Teacher presented her activity wherein she organizes children in diverse groupings (pairs, small
clusters, or large groups) in order for them to gain a broader perspective through the sharing of
knowledge, ideas, and opinions. The use of ICT was evident in the presentation of her lesson.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. The work of the teacher is well matched to the full range of learners’ needs and even beyond
because the integration of other teaching areas where evident in her teaching process, so that most
are suitably challenged.
2. Wherever possible pupils are guided to assess their work themselves and are encouraged to be
independent learners. Work is tailored to individual needs especially during this trying time of Covid
19 and teaching methods enable all pupils to learn effectively. Activities provided for pupils help them
attain well in relation to their ability and make progress over time.
3. Learning resources like ICT are used effectively, stimulating learning, and sensitively reflecting
different groups, cultures and backgrounds.
4. Teacher shows secure knowledge and understanding of the subject or area she or he is teaching.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. Teacher plans her lesson in a way that it recognizes the need for a variety of teaching approaches to
accommodate the different learning styles, temperaments, and personalities of her individual pupils
that it expand their knowledge and curiosity.
2. Teacher creates situations in which children cooperate, take turns, and help one another toward
achieving a positive outcome especially during this pandemic. Her activity also shows involvement of
children in setting clear expectations for behavior and participation in classroom activities by
developing classroom rules.
3. Teachers uses different techniques, verbal and visuals like videos to motivate pupils thinking and
interest.
4. Teacher facilitates cooperative learning by creating and modeling expectations for behavior during
cooperative work.
