Section 3D.02.

Imposition of Fee – There is hereby imposed a poundage fee per day for every
animal found astray in public or private places and the impound at the barangay corral, or other
place designated by the Sangguniang Barangay as impounding area, at the rate prescribed below:

a. Large Cattle ----------------- P 100.00 per day

b. Swine/Hog/Pig ----------------- P 50.00 per day
c. Goat ----------------- P 25.00 per day
d. Dog ----------------- P 25.00 per day
Section 3D.03. Time and Manner of Payment – The poundage fee imposed herein shall be paid
to the Barangay Treasurer before the animal impounded is released from the corral.

Section 3D.04. Administrative Provisions – For the purpose of this Article, the Barangay
Tanods, or any concerned citizens, are hereby authorized to apprehend and impound stray
animals in the barangay corral or place designated for such purpose.

Impound animals not claimed within five (5) days after the date impounding shall be sold
at public auction in accordance with the generally accepted procedures.

The Punong Barangay shall issue necessary implementing rules and regulations for the
proper and effective implementation of this Article.

Section 3D.05. Penalty – Any Violation of the Provisions of this Article shall be punished by a
fine of not less than two hundred pesos (P 200.00) but not exceeding one thousand pesos (P
1,000.00) at the discretion of the Court.

ARTICLE E. “LUPON” FILING FEE

Section 3E.01. Imposition of Fee – There is hereby imposed a filling fee for any dispute brought
before the Lupon Tagapamayapa of this Barangay subject for amicable settlement, conciliation,
nor arbitration by the Lupon Tagapamayapa at the following rates:

Section 4A.01. Imposition of Fee – The shall be collected an annual fee at the rate provided
hereunder for the issuance of a barangay clearance for every business, trade or activity that a
person shall conduct within the Barangay of Punta Tabuc, City of Roxas, before the
corresponding permit and license shall issued by the City Authorities.

The Clearance Fee is payable every separate or distinct establishment or place where the
business trade, trade or activity is conducted.
