Payment Instruction
1. Please be informed that the payment should be settled on or before the date specified in this notice.
2. As soon as payment is made, please submit the original deposit slip to the Accounting officer.
3. When you submit the original deposit slip, please bring this payment procedure with the signature of the
prospective student.
Terms & Conditions
1. If the prospective student fails to meet the passing score of 500 (Regular Class) and 515 (Executive Class),
he/she is required to take TOEFL ITP/TOEFL IBT/IELTS in an accredited institution outside LSPR. Note: Existing
TOEFL certificate taken from other institution with 500 (Regular Class) a n d 5 1 5 ( E x e c u t i v e C l a s s )
passing mark can also be accepted. We also accept TOEFL/IELTS prediction test result from several
institutions LSPR has listed.
2. The prospective student who wishes to change the programme or major before filling the KRS MUST send a
written notice to the Marketing and Admission Department at: masterdegree@lspr.edu . The latest date
of programme/major changing is on August 31st, 2023. If the class cannot run due to the lack number of
students in one class, students may choose another available major or class later than the date above.

3. The prospective student could not change his/her major after filling up the KRS. ( Please sign)
4. The minimum quota per classroom is 15 students. The major/class could not be open if the quota is not
fulfilled. Therefore, students may choose the second major preference or join the opened class with the
same major or join the next intake. (Please sign)
5. The students must submit the incomplete documents and TOEFL/IELTS certificate by the end of semester 1
(one). (Please sign)
Payment Refund
1. If you wish to resign from the programme after paying for the tuition fees (Education cost and the
International Examination fee) and before filing up the KRS, a 50% deduction will be applied to your refund
from the total amount of payment you have made to the programme. (Please sign)
2. If the quota of the classes is not fulfilled, students may be suggested to choose other concentrations or
classes that have been agreed during the interview or join the class on the following semester. The students
who wish to resign because of the insufficient class quota would get 100% refund from the tuition fee
payment that has been made within 14 working days. (Please sign)
3. Withdrawal process can be done in the office of Marketing & Admission by submitting the of:
a. Formal letter of resignation
b. Withdrawal request
c. Original proof of payment (bank slip)
4. If the prospective student intents to resign for any reason but fails to inform Marketing & Admission and
does not submit the requirements stated above on or before August 31st, 2023, 100% of the fees paid will
not be refunded anymore. (Please sign)
5. After submitting the complete requirement, kindly allow us to process the refund with 14 working days
(excluding Saturday and Sunday). (please sign)
6. All Payments made AFTER filling up the KRS are not refundable. It is including full tuition fee payment,
tuition fee payment in installments, and international exam fee. (Please sign)
7. Registration fee is not refundable. (Please sign)
