You are to obtain the required charts and nautical publications and the required
information about the voyage. Assigned voyage is drawn from lots.

1. Ensure that every student station (chart table) is provided with the necessary
materials.
2. Brief the students with the activity. Facilitate the students in drawing lots for

4. After the allotted time, grade the student’s work.
5. Conduct debriefing.

Total 26 points or 100%

Grading Pass 20 points and above or >75%

Fail 19 points and below or below 75%


The student is only allowed to retake the assessment twice. The student must take
the refresher modules before taking the assessment again if he failed the
Re-sit assessment for the third time.

The maximum grade for re-sit is 75%.
