LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
To whom it may concern,
We, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., (“Mindray”) manufacturer of

Diagnostic Ultrasound System, hereby certify that we authorize SONOCARE S.A., with business
office at Av. Federico Lacroze 2827 5º E (C1426CQB), Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires,
Argentina (“You”) as the distributor for importation, registration into sanitary authorities, sales and
service of the Product(s) in Republic Argentina.
As the manufacturer, we guarantee that the company, SONOCARE S.A., has our authorization and
technical support to ensure technical and service the Product(s) in Republic Argentina, also,
Mindray guarantees the Product(s) against defects in materials and workmanship, and provide
services based on the standard terms and conditions of Mindray’s warranty policy.
We also declare our commitment to inform SONOCARE S.A. of every field safety action, recall,
and market withdrawal with regards of medical devices and related products registered and
commercialized by Mindray on our behalf in the territory of Republic Argentina.
This authorization of distribution rights is valid from the date of issuance to December 31, 2023.
Mindray reserves the right to terminate the authorization upon fifteen (15) days written notice
without any compensation to You.
Neither this Letter of Authorization nor any further extension, will impose any obligation or grant
any rights regarding further distribution of the Product(s), nor allow any party to seek compensation
for goodwill developed during the term of Letter of Authorization or any further extension.

CARTA DE AUTORIZACIÓN
A quien corresponda:
Nosotros, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., (“Mindray”) fabricantes de

Sistema de ultrasonido de Diagnostico, por la presente certificamos que autorizamos a:
SONOCARE S.A., con domicilio social en Av. Federico Lacroze 2827 5º E (C1426CQB), Ciudad
Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina (Usted), como distribuidor para la importación, el registro
ante las autoridades sanitarias del país, venta y los servicios de los Productos anteriormente
mencionados en la República Argentina.
Nosotros como fabricantes, garantizamos que la compañía, SONOCARE S.A. cuenta con nuestra
autorización y respaldo técnico para garantizar y prestar servicio técnico a nuestros productos en la
República Argentina, además, en Mindray garantizamos los Productos frente a defectos materiales
y de fabricación, y proporcionamos servicios en función de las condiciones estándares de la política
de garantía de Mindray.
Declaramos, además, nuestro compromiso de informar a SONOCARE S.A. de todo campo de

acción sobre seguridad, recuperación y retiro del mercado de los dispositivos médicos y productos
afines registrados y comercializados por Mindray en nuestro nombre en el territorio de la República
Argentina
Esta autorización de derechos de distribución es válida desde la fecha de emisión y hasta el 31 de

Diciembre, 2023. Mindray se reserva el derecho a dar por finalizada la autorización en un plazo de
quince (15) días por escrito sin compensarle de forma alguna.
Ni esta Carta de autorización ni ninguna extensión impondrán obligación alguna ni concederán

derechos respecto a la distribución posterior del Producto, ni permitirán a ninguna parte implicada
buscar compensación de la imagen profesional obtenida durante la vigencia de la Carta de
autorización o cualquier extensión de la misma.
