    BARANGAY EXECUTIVE ORDER


    No. 33, S-2022

    AN EXECUTIVE ORDER DESIGNATING THE BARANGAY EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICER


    (BESO) IN BARANGAY BANGGOT, BAMBANG, NUEVA VIZCAYA

    WHEREAS, the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) is an employment or entity established
    in all Local Government Units (LGUs) in coordination with the Department of Labor and
    Employment (DOLE) pursuant to R.A. No. 8759 or the PESO Act of 1999 as amended by R.A. No.
    10691;

    WHEREAS, PESO aims to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of employment facilitation
    services as well as to provide timely information on labor market and DOLE Programs ;

    WHEREAS, there is a need to strengthen the PESO down to the barangay level;

    WHEREAS, part of the process of strengthening the PESO is the designation of Barangay
    Employment Service Officers who shall serve as the conduct of the Municipal PESO in the
    barangays;

    NOW THEREFORE, I, RENE G. DAYANDANTE, the Punong Barangay, by virtue of the powers
    vested in me by law, do hereby designate MS. KRISTAL MAE H. MANUEL, as the Barangay
    Employment Service Officer in Barangay Banggot with the following functions:

    1. Assist in the registration of skills in the barangay;


    2. Refer job applicants to PESO for possible employment;
    3. Encourage employers within the barangay to submit to the PESO list of vacancies in their
    establishments;
    4. Coordinate and communicate with the identified beneficiaries under the Mission RACE
    program, and
    5. Submit timely reports to their respective PESO Municipal Managers.

    This Executive Order shall take effect this 22nd day of July, 2022.

    Done this 22nd of July, 2022 at Barangay Banggot, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
