    • Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants.
    • Source and screen potential candidates for contract/ permanent openings.
    • Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon,
    and timely submissions are made.
    • Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions.
    Job • Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on client’s process.
    • Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and

    • Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording
    different stages in recruitment process.

    • Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, LinkedIn)
