    I.INTRODUCTION
    Education must continue to thrive even at the presence of threats on health. Hence, it is
    important to lay down the appropriate steps and actions to ensure success in the education
    service delivery, whenever and wherever possible, taking into consideration the utmost safety of
    each stakeholders.
    As a result of collective efforts, this articulates the contingency plan of Evaristo R. Macalintal
    Memorial National High School that will take in the continuous delivery of basic education and in
    addressing the learning gaps brought about by Climate Change.
    II.GENERAL OBJECTIVES
    Guided by the Department of Education’s mission to protect and promote the right of
    every Filipino to safe environment, this contingency plan in learning due to Climate Change
    aims to:
    a. enhancing the responsiveness to the most appropriate Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM);
    b. intensifying the operations of the Learning Resource Management System;
    c. sustaining the performances of learners and personnel;
    d. strengthening the adherence to performance monitoring and evaluation;
    e. implementing appropriate intervention, enhancement, and reinforcement according to
    learners’ needs;
    f. providing guidance and counselling among stakeholders; and
    g. incentivizing and rewarding performance.
