nickel-based electrode, Arcos C-276-AP
contains a nominal weld metal composition of
16% molybdenum, 15.5% chromium, 5.5%
iron, 4% tungsten with a nickel balance and
low carbon. This premium wire is primarily
used for welding Ni-Cr-Mo to itself or to other
nickel-based alloys as well as surfacing steel
and for joining nickel-based alloys to steel.
APPLICATIONS: Arcos C-276-AP delivers
excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and
pitting. This electrode is utilized in pipelines,
pressure vessels, chemical processing plants,
offshore oil and gas facilities and marine
environments.
