    The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay #18 San Isidro, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte held a regular session on March 7, 2021. They passed Barangay Resolution No. 02-2021 to authorize Punong Barangay Elviro B. Caldito to represent the barangay as a signatory for the Deed of Donation/Sale of a new lot acquired by the barangay through donation. This new lot will be used to build a solar drier and day care center. The resolution was approved unanimously by the Sangguniang Barangay members present.

    BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 02 – 2021

    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ELVIRO B. CALDITO, PUNONG BARANGAY OF


    BARANGAY #18 SAN ISIDRO, PASUQUIN, ILOCOS NORTE, TO REPRESENT AS
    SIGNATORIES FOR DEED OF DONATION/SALE OF NEW LOT OF BARANGAY #18
    SAN ISIDRO, PASUQUIN, ILOCOS NORTE.

    WHEREAS, that the Barangay Government of Barangay #18 San Isidro, Pasuquin,
    Ilocos Norte, acquired an additional lot of our barangay thru donation to use to put up
    Solar Drier and Day Care Center of our barangay;

    WHEREAS, that the new lot owned by the Barangay Government needs to secure
    the necessary papers/documents to establish real ownership of the land;

    WHEREAS, that the lot for the Barangay Government would be cleared so that it
    will be named and owned for our Barangay Government of San Isidro;

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of BK Corazon A. Ragual, duly seconded by BK


    Edward Jaime A. Llapitan, be it;

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay to authorize


    Elviro B. Caldito, Punong Barangay to represent as signatories for Deed of Donation/Sale
    of new lot of Barangay #18 San Isidro, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the offices


    concerned.
